Streamflow
The entire drainage basin is expected to have an above average
runoff. The 50 percent chance yield for the North Platte River
near the Colorado state line is expected to be 345,000 acre feet
(about 27 percent more than normal); the Encampment River
near Encampment is estimated to yield 210,000 acre feet (35
percent above normal); the North Platte River near Sinclair will
yield about 925,000 acre feet (about 29 percent above normal);
Rock Creek near Arlington is estimated to yield 65,000 acre feet
(about 12 percent above average); Medicine Bow River near
Hanna is expected to yield about 160,000 acre feet (about 26
percent above normal). Seminoe Reservoir inflow is estimated
to be 1,015,000 acre feet (27 percent above normal). See the
following table for more detailed information on projected
runoff.

The average is computed for the 1961-1990 base period. (1) - The values listed under the 10% and 90% Chance of Exceeding are actually 5% and 95% exceedance levels.
