Statewide Summary
January temperatures generally ranged from 8°F above normal at Torrington to 12°F above normal at Rock Springs. Precipitation ranged from 4 percent of normal in Cheyenne to 84 percent of normal in Sheridan. Rock Springs

Evanston
The average temperature in January was 29.5°F. This is 10.0°F warmer than normal and is the warmest January since 1899. The maximum temperature for the month was 49°F on the 27th and the minimum of 11°F occurred on the 11th. Big Piney
