Research Methods - Tall Fence--Big Drift
Once the BlizWiz and Snowman built a tall fence that stood through a Pole
Mountain winter, results were astounding. We learned that tall fences pay
off big, with deep drifts that store water more efficiently. But measurements
of snowfall and drifting said this drift should have been even bigger. A
bunch of snow was missing.
